Not only is the Monitoring Service a useful tool to monitor risks, it can also help you to discover new opportunities. For example, you can monitor whether any changes have occurred in the relevant organisational structure, whether there has been any variation in its Payment Score or whether a new director has been appointed.

If you use ‘e-Portfolio’ and purchase the Monitoring Service together with a Business Information Report, you will be entitled to Unlimited View covering reports on the business in question, as long as your registration for the Monitoring Service is active.

Unlimited View allows you to view the most up-to-date version of the original type of report that you have purchased free of charge!

You can also order a report without any monitoring. In this case you will receive an e-Alert message by e-mail if any change affecting your business partner occurs at any time during a period of six months. You will then be able to order a new report to view the details of the change.
